Automatic litter boxes are not a substitute for responsible pet supervision.
You should discontinue use and contact customer support if the product appears damaged, operates abnormally, or presents a potential safety concern.
4. Pet Behavior
Every cat has different habits, preferences, temperament, and adjustment periods.
We cannot guarantee that every cat will immediately accept or continuously use an automatic litter box.
A cat’s refusal or inability to adapt to the product does not necessarily indicate that the product is defective.
Eligible returns related to pet preference or adjustment are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Do not allow the product to be used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
